I make bad drawerings.

Peer into the blackness.

I briefly stopped by my old high school to borrow some film gear today. I noticed that their digital projector was a bit crooked. So I went up, and fixed it. I walked past my old film teacher and friend Ms. Butler to leave, and as I passed she commented: “I like how you leave a room better off than how you found it.”

Just now, thinking about that, I realized that she bestowed upon me a quite powerful personal mantra:

To leave the world a better off place than how I found it.

I can dig that.
